Adult Literacy

In the year 1990, WORD took a massive effort to impart functional literacy for the illiterate adults in Pallipalayam and its surroundings. In the year 1991, WORD focuses its activities on Mother's Care, Child Care and women's welfare. Through a dint of continuous efforts, the people were aware of pre-natal, post-natal and child care. As a result of this the hospital deliveries were increased.
